Owing to the complex nature of English Grammar, teachers language and linguistics face many challenges when teaching Grammar. Besides, it is difficult for students master grammar structures though in Albania try hard make as engaging possible but through traditional approach. The approach techniques have produced ineffective learning inert knowledge problems. However, alternative approaches, especially communicative one, learn all its three dimensions, form, meaning use. This helps them use grammatical meaningfully, accurately, appropriately. With view investigate Albanian University lecturers’ perspectives foreign languages departments Albania, this research paper aimed survey Language most effective approaches strongly suggest communicatively. aid a questionnaire, lecturers provided their opinions on effectiveness impact students’ success.
